MultiBank Group's cryptocurrency division, mb.io, has forged an institutional alliance with Kings Orbis, EON3 Group Ghana Ltd, and Mavryk to launch a gold tokenization initiative. The program will leverage mb.io's regulated RWA marketplace, with vaulting in Dubai under LBMA-approved custody and Mavryk providing Layer 1 blockchain infrastructure.

The partnership was formalized during the World Peace Summit in Kumasi, Ghana, with backing from His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene King of the Ashanti Kingdom. The collaboration highlights the cultural and economic significance of West African gold while establishing a framework for institutional-grade asset tokenization.
